Their strong results bolstered the team's position in the standings, solidifying its second place. Ferrari strategically employed different race strategies to maximize outcomes, marking the team's fifth podium finish in four races, including Sainz's victory in Australia.

With 120 points, Ferrari currently trails Red Bull by 21 points, nearly doubling its total from the same period last year. Sainz's podium finish marks his 21st overall and third of the season. Charles was recognized as the "Driver of the Day," continuing Ferrari's trend of earning this accolade at each race this season.

Looking ahead, the Formula 1 World Championship resumes with the Chinese Grand Prix in two weeks, featuring the inaugural Sprint weekend at the Shanghai International Circuit.
Subsequently, the excitement moves to American soil for the Miami Grand Prix from May 3rd to May 5th, 2024, marking the first F1 event in the United States this year.
