The 458 Spider was Ferrari's first mid-engine car with a retractable hardtop, and its 4.5-liter naturally aspirated V8, the last of its kind in a mid-engine Ferrari, is widely considered among the finest engines of the modern era. Rated at 562 horsepower and revving to 9,000 rpm, it produces a sharp, rising sound that the open roof brings directly into the cabin. With a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, the car reaches 60 mph in approximately 3.4 seconds and continues to 198 mph.
Rosso Corsa over Beige is the definitive iconic Ferrari colorway, and it suits the 458 Spider well. The cabin is trimmed with Daytona-style seats in Beige, finished with Rosso stitching and an embroidered Cavallino on each headrest, set against a black dashboard and steering wheel. A yellow tachometer face sits at the center of the instrument cluster, matched outside by Giallo Modena brake calipers. Scuderia Ferrari shields and 20-inch Forged wheels in a painted finish complete the exterior. Electric seats, inner and outer electrochromic mirrors with HomeLink, and satellite radio are also included.
The Ferrari Approved 101-point Inspection has been completed, and the vehicle is eligible for a Ferrari Power warranty extension.
