1970 Ferrari 246 Dino GT Coupe Scaglietti 00754

Bacchelli & Villa completed a meticulous restoration of the iconic Ferrari Dino 246 GT #00754 (L series), bringing this masterpiece back to its original splendor. The process began with a full paint strip-down, followed by a comprehensive overhaul of the bare body. Every panel was carefully inspected and restored, leaving no detail overlooked.

To ensure the vehicle’s mechanical performance meets the highest standards, a prime mechanical partner was commissioned to reconstruct the powertrain, gearbox, and differential. These components have been expertly rebuilt to deliver reliable and enduring performance for decades to come.

The interior was also given a complete renewal, staying true to its original design. The seats and panels have been reupholstered in authentic Connolly Vaumol leather VM 3015 “Pelle Celeste,” a shade that harmonizes beautifully with the car’s exterior. The exterior finish, in the original “Argento Metallizzato 106-E-1,” has been applied with precision, restoring the car’s striking metallic silver appearance.

This exceptional restoration was unveiled at the Ferrari Cavalcade in September in Portopiccolo (Trieste), Italy. The Dino made its first public appearance post-restoration, captivating enthusiasts and collectors alike with its flawless craftsmanship.

Finally, the Ferrari Classiche Certification “Red Book” confirms the authenticity and quality of the restoration. This certification stands as a testament to the outstanding Italian craftsmanship and dedication involved in preserving this automotive icon.
