Ferrari Los Angeles is pleased to announce the availability of this beautiful 1991 Mercedes-Benz 250GD Wolf. The 'Wolf' designation is a result of the rugged nature of these vehicles, which originally were produced as military vehicles and later converted into road going cars for the general public. This 1991 Mercedes-Benz 250GD Wolf was imported to the US in 2019 before it was modified and refinished in silver by Expedition Motor Company of Frenchtown, New Jersey, and it underwent a custom build completed by East Coast Rovers of Rockland, Maine. The restoration process included the installation of a 3.0-liter OM606 turbodiesel inline-six from Diesel Pump UK, a six-speed manual transmission, and locking front and rear differentials equipped with 4.11:1 gearing. Additional upgrades included updated suspension components, a four-wheel disc-brake conversion, 16″ wheels. The truck was optioned new in Dull Bronze Green (6431) and was refinished in silver and fitted with black fender extensions under previous ownership. Equipment includes a black soft top with roll-up plastic windows, a custom skid plate, LED lighting, a snorkel air-intake system, and a rear receiver hitch. Black-finished 16″ wheels are fitted with Mercedes-Benz wheel caps and wear 265/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A K02 tires. A matching spare is mounted to a swing-away carrier at the rear, and the truck is equipped with Bilstein and Eibach suspension components as well as four-wheel disc brakes.

The two-spoke steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation including an 86-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and a combination gauge. The digital odometer shows 1,600 miles, and the total mileage is unknown.

Power is sent to the wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a four-wheel-drive system with locking front and rear differentials and 4.11:1 gearing.
